Guest guest
It is cheap- I too- was looking into Christian private schools- outrageous- I also did attempt to homeschool both boys with another curriculum that put a lot on my shoulders- we were remodeling at same time and ended up cramped into a camper trailer for 2 months - lol- definitely changed the home schooling theory for me. I know- with s illness, her grades and stuff - even if great grades would put her behind the rest of the class- seems so unfair. Definitely could enroll her in ninth if you prefer- doesnt hurt a thing....... It does seem easier for - who hated schooling- to retain info from here and actually enjoy doing the work ........I am amazed at his new attitude. I love it. You are very welcome........ I know you have a lot to deal with too- and when you mentioned the schooling issue........ it just hit me how much easier it could be for you! Doesnt take away all lifes problems but sure does relieve a lot of it............ Another plus I love is no forced bedtime or schooltime....... He can sleep in and still get his work done- No more flying out of bed ( especially when you cant- ) and saying OMG they missed the bus............. not being able to drive really put a damper on me. It is just so much easier all the way around......... and if anyone is ill, no biggie, so they miss a day.......... they can do two tests the next if they want........... I really do think you would enjoy this experience. Take Care and oh yes- concreteangel@... Hugs- TJ Re: arrgghhuurrgghblahhhhhh I think it's cheap! I was looking into a local Christian private school, and it costs like $6,000.00 a year! I don't even know if is going to pass all her classes this year. It's all a big mess. So, I could enroll her as a 9th grader, and she could start over. They say it takes 3 years at the most to get your diploma. She has another 3 years of school anyway. So, it really wouldn't matter. And, I don't think she really learned anything this year anyway. It wouldn't hurt for her to take it over. In fact, it probably would be better. Then, she wouldn't have the humiliation of re-taking freshman classes when she's a sophmore. Then, she'd end up in the same boat as , and doing credit restoration and taking longer to finally get that diploma. I'm gonna check into doing it too. She may prefer this course to doing the credit restoration at the other school. Thanks so much! I'm sure I " ll be talking to you about it more. Can you send me your home e-mail? I still can't get on the ceda site. I've just been posting by e-mail Ta,
