Nobody replied. So, Does anyone know how to build up your immune

system, so you don't keep catching every single little bug in the

world, one after the other?

There are specific acupressure and polarity routines that are used

to strengthen the immune system. I can't tell you which pages to

check in Gach at the moment because I seem to have moved my copy

some place and can't find it at the moment. They are not, however,

do them once or twice type things. They are the kind of thing that

you try to do on a daily basis to strengthen the system over time.

More importantly, traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurvedic both

treat immune system strengthening in a broader context by adding

nutritional elements and other factors.

I have not personally tried to strengthen anyone's system with them

but I have used some of the acupressure routines to self-treat colds

and flu with very good results.

Both of you - let me know if you want me to check for more detail on

this for you.

Mike, & Bonnie, I had mine handy - it's pages 53-57 and 117-123 In

the preface part, it says it takes 3x a day for several months for a lady to

help herself - she had chronic fatigue. The points referred to are: Lu1,

B23, GB20, CV6, B47, GB21 and St 36, Lv3 and TW5. I would state what they

are, but that would take awhile, and I took a muscle relaxant and am dizzy

and sleepy. Sorry. Hope this helps.
