Guest guest
, do you have any Pepto or something like that? 7-Up? Popcicles? Any fruit that she likes that she could keep down? I do like your sense of humor, kiddo - stick a fork- at least you help OTHERS smile! I wish I could do the same for you! Love Lana
Guest guest
Have you tried popsicles or ice chips? Most of the time these will do the trick for my kids. I have even made Gatorade cubes to crush. Hope this helps,
Guest guest
I think ya need to go to the hospital since you suspect food poisoning. Also you can get glucose tablets OTC for emergencies when one's blood sugar is low. You just chew them up and you fell better within about 5 minutes. Good luck, so sorry. Hugs, S. stick a fork in me..........I'm done! > Well, as I was just saying to myself, " I wonder what will happen next " ............... > woke up today throwing up. Over and over again. > She's had the stomach flu a few weeks ago, so It probably isn't that. > I suspect she got food poisoning. She went out to eat with some friends for dinner last night. > > has been sleeping all day. So have I. > > Now, is shaking from low blood sugar. I gave her some gatorade, but she threw it up. If this keeps up, I will have to take her to the hospital because of her hypoglycemia. She'll have to get fluids. > > Does anyone else have hypoglycemia? What do you do when you can't keep anything down? I don't want to go back to the hospital. > > I swear, I'm gonna write a book about our lives. Nobody would beleive it. A week doesn't go by without SOMETHING happening. It's crazy. Like I'm a complulsive liar. But, I'm not. Guest guest
Ha ha. My sense of humor is the only thing I feel I have left. And there's not much of it left. is sleeping now. I have some phenergan if she needs it when she wakes up. I don't think it's good to use that too soon, as she should get all that crud out of her body first. I'll go get some popscicles. Or as used to call them whe she was small - pokidas. Hugs,
Guest guest
Well, she's sleeping now. Maybe the worst is over. I'm stopping at the store for some popscicles. I'll get some of those glucose tablets. I've used them before for my hypoglycemia. If she's starts up again, I'll probably just take her. Thanks,
