Guest guest Posted November 5, 2004 Report Share Posted November 5, 2004 Hey Tory, I made your recipe for pumpkin pie tonight but had a problem. Tell me what I'm doing wrong..... I boiled the vanilla pudding mix with water like your recipe said, but it lumped up on me. I mixed it with a hand mixer but when I put it back in the pan, it lumped back up again. Very weird. I proceeded anyway, but there are little white lumpies in it. It'll probably taste okay, but not look company-pretty. Any ideas? I used the instant sugar-free fat-free vanilla.
