Guest guest Posted September 25, 2004 Report Share Posted September 25, 2004 Hi everyone Today was my second weigh in today and I lost 5.8 pounds so a total of 12.8 pounds. I attribute the second week losses to probably more water weight but I plan to monitor the losses closely. I am doing FLEX and ate all 35 flex points by Day 5. I am doing a modified Wendie plan in that I am alternating high point days with low point days to try and keep my metabolism guessing. Iam averaging 10-11 activity points per day by walking back and forth to work (about 45 minutes each way) and running most days or biking on off days. Iwant to slow the weight loss to 2 pounds per week so if I have another large loss next weigh in I will start eating some of my APs. Regarding eating out, I joined WW with my boss/friend and he likes to go out to eat for lunch daily. I have found several low points restaurants such as Subway for turkey subs, PolloTropical for chicken, Boston Market for chicken or turkey. Village Inn for a Boca Burger and a local restaurant for a Chicken flatbread sandwich minus the greek sauce. My friend is doing Core but fails to count non-core foods so I don't know what his success potential might be. Hoping everyone in the group has success this week.
