RE: easy way to do calculate points - for recipes

I used to have a spreadsheet to calculate recipes. I'll search my old files,

and see if i can come up with it. You have to add the ingredients and the

nutrition facts for each one, but then it will give you points per serving.

I'll see if I can find it. If anyone's interested in having it forwarded, if

you can handle an Excel spreadsheet, please contact me directly.

I made one. If you remind me when I get home, I'll email it to

you...or to someone...to anyone...I included the 123 values as well as

FP values (with the 4 g fiber cap).
