Guest guest
Hi Tory, Our body is certaintly a mysterious machine isn't it..It's funny even when you know you done it all right, it still gets you to wondering, and that little shiver of panic saying hey this just can't be.. You are no doubt getting more muscle weight, since you are incresing your workouts. So that is a good thing, you know what they say about muscle. So don't you worry one little bit..your doing wonderful..I have read just how much running etc your doing and that no doubt is your answer. Best to ya ! ~~Kallie~ ============================================================= In Serious-Weight-Watchers , Tory Klementsen <tory@t...> wrote: > Up 2 pounds. > > Last week: 116 > This week: 118 > > I did nothing different.
