My weekend away!

I'm catching up on email but thought I would give you a bit of a

run down on our weekend.

I made a lot of good decisions and some not so good ones, but

there is no guilt and I'm still tracking.

Some things I did well........

Shared a plate of nachos with Bryson instead of having a whole

plate to myself.

Stopped eating nachos when I was full.

Did heaps of walking. So much that I could hardly walk on

Monday as my feet were so sore!

Did not eat all day like I would normally while we are on

holidays.

Enjoyed the actual holiday rather than the food.

Some things I can improve upon next time.........

Make better choices at all meals. There were a couple where I

know better choices could have been made.

Cut back some more on alcohol intake.

Track properly each day. A couple of days I did not track the

entire day.

All in all my holiday was pretty much a success. I'm sure by

the next time we go away I will have more skills engrained that

better choices will be easier.

I am back to tracking fully today. In the past I would have

thrown the towel in and thought stuff it, but not this time.

I missed my WW meeting as our plane was delayed. I'm going

to work extra hard this week to make up for any 'mistakes' I

made over the weekend and will be sitting in the front row of

my meeting next Monday!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Now to catch up on these
