I made this today. I noticed that my apples from Costco were looking a

little sad so I decided to slice them over the top of my pork roast I had

cooking. There were plenty of them, so I thought, " Hey, maybe I'll make an

apple pie type thingy " but then I'm lazy. I don't want to do the whole

" dough thing. " So I decided to be creative.

They turned out really good and kinda fancy looking! Two are 2 points. Each

one is 42 calories, 0 grams fat, and 2 grams fiber.

desserts | If you want you can add a little splenda to the apples, or even a

teeny bit of water. Serve with a dollop of Cool Whip Free hot from the oven.

Ingredients

3 medium apple(s)

1 serving FF Buttermilk Pancake Mix

1/3 cup water

1 tsp ground cinnamon

3 packet McNeil Specialty Products SPLENDA ® No Calorie Sweetener

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with Pam. Cut, peel and core apples

and place into muffin tin. Sprinkle with cinnamon or apple pie spice. Mix

together cinnamon and Krusteaz Fat Free Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Add water

until you have a dough. Break the dough into six pieces and lay a piece over

each muffin tin. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
