Guest guest
Hi Everyone: We were at the Paediatric Cardiaologist yesterday with all 3 girls. h, my youngest has a dilated aorta, both acending and decending. Her numbers were good, still dilated but no worse (thank you God) but he increased her Verapamil to keep up with her growth. He is a wonderful man if anyone is needing a really good Paediatric Cardiologist (DR. Musewe, Markham, Ontario. The trouble is that he really has no experience with EDS and is wanting to connect with another Cardiologist who has had a patient with a dilated aorta and EDS. He wrote to someone at Hopkins but did not receive a reply. He is concerned about the long term management of the situation. Does anyone know of a Paediatric Cardiologist who has experience in the management of a dilated aorta? Thanks in advance! Carol
