Guest guest
Hi Sue, As I understand it, the idea is to take as many days off after the round as you were on. So if you chelated for 14 days, you would take at least 14 days off. I don't really know off hand how long the longest round should be. I believe 2 weeks is ok, but someone else will say for sure. nne [ ] How long can a round be? Does anyone know if it would be safe to chelate for more that 7 days at a time? AND, if you did chelate for, say 2 weeks on, how much time would you need to take off before the next round? Guest guest
I think Andy recommends rounds up to 2 weeks, but not longer. You need at least the same length of time " off " as " on " . Dagmar. Guest guest
Most on this list recommend at least as much time off as on. Thru the early and middle rounds, my son did best if the round was 4-6 days " on " . Near the end of the chelation process, the last round I did [round 84] was 4 weeks long. During the earlier days, if I went more than 6 days " on " , my son would develop a nasty yeast problem. AND, if you did chelate for, say 2 weeks on, how much time > would you need to take off before the next round? Same number of days " off " as the number of days " on " .
