Guest guest
Hi everyone! Some of you might remember me from not too long ago. My name is . I live in the Blue Ridge Mts of North Carolina. I'm 5 " 3' When I started weight watchers about a year ago I weighed 168. By spring of this year I had gotten down to 148 and then I decided to try the Dr. Phil method. Except I didn't try very hard at all, and I gained back up to 161.5. I've joined weight watchers online and already lost back down to 160 in the first four days or so on core. So far so good! I love not having to constantly calculate points and write everything down. I've gotten involved with their challenge board and am committed to doing 100 ab exercises every day for the month of Sept (been doing crunches so far) and also doing various challenges pertaining to Dance Dance Revolution. I'm also planning on training for a 5k run as soon as they finish paving our road. For now, I just try to take long walks with my dog and work with resistance bands for some strength training. I'm very glad to be back working on this new lifestyle with a group that I recall is very supportive. 158.5/160.0/135 (I joined WW online at 158.5 on Tuesday. I woke up on Wednesday having gained 2 pounds due to high salt eating and TOM. Thus the weight gain.. but it's coming off again now.)
