I use Kirkman's for 2 reasons...The biggie is that it is the correct

form which Andy recommends, and then also b/c they have it in 25mg.

capsules so I can dose my son easier (half a capsule).

[ ] Which ALA brand do you use?

I was reading archives which mentioned some brands of ALA

not getting desired results or producing allergic reactions.

Could you pls. let me know what brands you are using with successful

results?

Hi Kim and ,

What's this about the correct form of ALA? I have read the recent thread

about time released vs plain ALA. Are you talking about something else?

, where did you find this in the archives about brands not working and

allergic reactions? I have not run across that info. I am using Olympian

Labs ALA because that is what the HFS here had. It just says " pure

crystaline ALA " on the label Any comment from the pros out there. We just

finished round 2. Thanks.

I use Natural Factors brand, from my local health food store. My son

is recovered because of ALA [and anti-viral, and a few other

supplements], so I know this is a good brand to use. It has very few

fillers.
