I believe she'll also be in the Cleveland Clinic newsletter for the month but I wasn't paying as much attention when she said that. LOL Anyway, they've done a preliminary interview and they will be coming out to do a more extensive interview and will take some pictures. How exciting! We don't normally get the paper, so if you happen to know what date it's coming out on, that would be great. If not, if you can let me know that day, he should still be able to find a copy. I'd really like to read it! And you're right...another great way to promote Dr. Ponseti's work. Maybe more orthos will learn this method so it doesn't just dwindle away once Dr. Ponseti is gone. With any luck, maybe the Ponseti doctors that are out there will train other doctors in the method too. Dr. Ballock had a resident with him the first time he saw , but I don't know if he actually trains them in this method. LOL I THINK it's coming out on September 14th but I'll let you know when I actually confirm that. We are seeing Dr. Ballock this afternoon for an unrelated to CF issue. I tripped while carrying her to the changing table on Sunday and along with breaking my toe, came down a bit hard on her hip/leg and she's been favoring it. After talking with him earlier this week and being sure we couldn't have done anything to her feet we decided to wait to see how she did but she's still favoring it quite a bit so we are having it checked. Oh the joys of too much baby stuff in the family room!!! LOL I'm hoping that we will get reduced in hours today since this is the end of our 13th week of 23/7. It sure would be nice!!! We decided if it helped just one other person it would be worth it. Our doctor did tell us that he had a patient who saw our story and came to see him. I'm glad you got the insurance worked out - MMOH has their own little set of rules and the Clinic sometimes needs reminded of that. Glad it's take care of. Dr. Ballock did ask if they'd contacted me yet about the article and he's happy we agreed to do it. I only hope will smile for the photo!
