My mom took mine off when I started trying to walk in it. My mother-in-law doesn't remember how long my brother-in-law wore his. I was born in 1968 in a military hospital. Dr. Ponseti's articles about not using the FAB for MA and not using surgery for clubfoot were published in 1966 and 1968, so I wasn't able to benefit from his findings. Someone (Kori?) posted that they had cousins who wore the FAB in the 70s. Guess it took awhile for the news to get around. Thankfully we have the internet!!! Another belated 2 cents...
