I kind of " made them up " today. * Exported from MasterCook * Tory's Pumpkin Bran Spice Muffins Recipe By : Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:20 Categories : Bread Breakfast Dessert Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 package cake mix -- Spice flavor or chocolate or whatever 2 cups water 15 ounces canned pumpkin -- Not pumpkin pie filling 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice -- or more to taste 1/3 cup raisin -- or craisins 2 cups fiber OneĀ® cereal 1/4 cup brown sugar -- unpacked 1/4 cup rolled oats 1 tablespoon cinnamon Mix together the cake mix and the pie spice Add can of pumpkin and water Fold in raisins and fiber one Grease muffin pans or use cupcake papers Drop by 1/3 cup into tins Mix together the brown sugar, oats, and cinnamon Sprinkle over the top of the muffins Bake for about 25-30 minutes at 350 or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean Description: " Easy to make, easy to eat! Very filling muffin that isn't heavy like normal bran muffins. More like a cupcake.
