TO CHIPPY/ FILTERS VS.TINTED WINDOWS

It's hard for me to get my mind around the fact that the school where you work will not even install filters on the flourescent light fixtures in your classroom when they know that they make you sick.!

My daughter drives a school bus.....and there are a couple of the bus drivers who have Lupus and the school has tinted the windows in their busses to keep out the U.V. rays .....seems a lot less expensive to just install filters for the lights in your classroom !! I don't get it. and it makes me mad!!
