Guest guest Posted May 7, 2004 Report Share Posted May 7, 2004 Hey, For Cheryl L - Thanks for the information and encouragement!! I just worry about the future, as I am only 40 years old. Yesterday I had to run down to my PCP's office because of what I thought was UTI, he said that he was going to have my urine checked for kidney stones. He was very nice, I haven't been to my PCP since I was diagnosed with lupus. I know that lupus affects the kidneys, and I think that is why I now am worried that my kidneys are damaged. I have had a lot of UTI problems in the past. I have started taking it easy when I need to, and sometimes I don't have a choice, it's either lay down or fall over. But, I DO feel guilty, I am very active, and it is frustrating to be so tired when I have all of these things that I want to do. I know that I will grasp all of this in time, but it is nice to have people out there going through the same thing. Oh, and cheddar cheese would be good with this whine.
