Reminder: Delete excess post info

I've just finished going through 1500 emails, of which a huge chunk was

digest list mail containing several messages.

Everyone, please remember to delete the non-essential portions of the email

to which you are replying before you hit the send button. There are lots of

posts with copies of one or more full prior emails included. This really

bogs down the list for people on the digest version. I'm off digest now,

but being on digest for the last week really reminded me how important it is

to delete the excess stuff.
