Guest guest
Hi all, First post here, I am still doing a lot of reading, so be kind. Hopefully some of you can help me out a little here -- this is probably a common question. My girlfriend has been hypo all her life, and has suffered terribly through this disease. Synthroid made her test results come back okay, but she still felt miserable. Her current doctor is a real piece of work -- he won't prescribe anything other than synthroid, won't prescribe more than 30 days without another test and another visit. It finally got to the point that we couldn't afford spending $200+ a month on meds, tests, and doctor visits, so we ordered some meds online. We had both been doing a lot of reading at this point, so we ordered generic in 3gr tablets. Wow, what a difference. She feels better, she looks better, the weight is coming off, and she is happier than she's been in a long time. Now, of course, our online source is closed down (myrxforless), and there's no possible way we can afford to go doctor-shopping. Can anyone recommend an alternate source for Armour or its generics? If so, we would both be in your debt. Also, what is the general consensus on nutri-meds? Is this a viable option for someone who is on what pretty much amounts to a full- replacement dose, or will it end up requiring 20 tablets a day? I can't seem to find dosing information anywhere... Thanks for your time!
