It's probably a creative way for the government to fund research in order to aid

the civil court defense of the local power authority JEA, which is being sued by

a pesky band of rogue parents of mercury poisoned kids. There are forty-three

families suing to cap mercury emissions from a coal-fire plant.

I wonder why they picked ville?

I heard they were going to do this a couple of days ago, I didnt

know it was mercury that was going to be tested. I should have

known...Those poor babies. This is starting to sound like something

straight out of Germany back in 1945.
