Yes Laurie, will you come to my home and cook chicken fajitas? Love Mexican food so much. Love Avocado Dip and taco's, fajitas with whatever in it, chalupas, just come down and we can cook all day and get so sick on Mexican spices but will have great fun while eating it all!!!.

Ginny and Laurie, I saw a show on medical station that said need to take vitamin B's as liquids and perhaps other meds/vitamins this way as the body absorbs over 90% of what take when do it this way as absorbs directly into blood stream, but if by pill, body will get only about 30% of what take.

Have either of you seen the show? I now take B-Complex Sublingual Liquid...it has B-2 , Niacin, B-6, B-12 and Pantothenic Acid, Potassium....not sure if spelled the words correct as my eye sight is going fast and none of the glasses would allow me to read clear how to spell words, sort of scared to go to doctor as not sure what they will do to me. Anyway, you take dropper full of this and taste fine, and hold under tongue for 1 minute then swallow. Does help with energy and if could find more taken like this would do so as fairly sure would absorb vitamin and minerals much better that way.

My understanding is this helps by-pass stomach so allows body to absorb the vitamins you need. Have you heard of this Ginny, Jai, , anyone? I think it works for me but so use to doctors telling me some things are in my mind not body, well heck, start to doubt my own self now.

Take care Ginny and Laurie. Hope you both have good day, and have nice weather.

Hugs

Re: Saturday

Laurie, I was dx with osteopenia at 29..it's the first stage of osteoporosis. If your body doesn't absorb vitamins then it is possible to have it even younger. With lots of auto-immune disorders this happens..for some reason the body stops absorbing vitamins and even when taking extra sources of vitamins it won't absorb them correctly. I still have ostepenia and will most likely have osteoporosis at a young age even with the medication I am on...because again my body doesn't absorb medicines correctly either. Hope you have a better day tomorrow but at least you got some things done..I got some gifts in bags and decorated some...Just need to put up my tree tomorrow..Hugs..GinnyRoepkelaurie@... wrote:

Well happy weekend to all. Jai hoping you don't break any more bones. I never heard of someone having osteoporis (sp?) at 30.

I had a fun day of baking cookies. But overdo it a little Pain is a little high right now. Took my meds but they don't seem to be working that great. Just making me sleepy. Wrapped Christmas gifts and ran out of tape. Go figure. I'm still hoping to do some quilting tomorrow . Haven't been able to do much this week.

Tonia that cat is very very lucky to be breathing. Making the bed can be very exhausting, it is for me. It's all that tucking. Got to go make some supper kinda late to be eating. Chicken Fahitas anyone?

Hope Sunday treats us all well.

Love Laurie
