I think I know what you are talking about with the walking.

Sometimes I don't feel it at all, but other times I'll go for a short

walk and it'll really ache in my pelvis. I can't even move my leg it

feels so painful - kind of like being paralyzed? My fibroid is 14 cm

and blocks my cervix so it can't get down much lower in the pelvis.

Lying down sometimes I feel like I'm bending it - but no pain.
