Guest guest
I finally found a whole grain cracker, that has low points. " Triscuit Thin Crisps " . The ingredients are:whole wheat, soybean oil, salt, and monoglycerides. Only 3 points for 15 crackers, they taste amazing, and can be a great alternative to chips, or crackers. I want to stay within my points range, while also eating as healthfuly as possible. Sometimes that is hard because something that is healthy may be high in points. And things that aren't high in points may not be healthy. My husband and I are trying to completely eliminate partially hydrogenated oil (ie: Trans fat.) It is really hard to do this because trans fat is used in a lot of low fat products, because it does not increase the total fat in a product. Anyway this is a great snack, enjoy! http://bantransfat.com
