Guest guest
Hi, everyone, For what it's worth, I have learned over the years that the following things can help with the skin problems we Lupies are frequently heir to. For mouth sores, cool, black tea used as a frequent mouthwash soothes them, as do mouth washes made with Tea Tree Oil. A used, cold black tea bag held directly against a mouth sore also helps, although I wouldn't try it in public. LOL Bag Balm, an antiseptic/anesthetic petroleum jelly preparation originally used for cow's teats, also works wonders on nose sores, skin lesions, and helps them heal without deep scarring. For itching, SARNA lotion works best for me. It is a non-steroidal lotion you can get at mosts drug stores and pharmacies. Hope you find th is info helpful. Loving hugs to all, MM
