Guest guest
My physio said the main problem with going back to work too soon is thatyou get so tired working, you can be too tired to do the exercises. But I'd becurious how other people who have gone back to work have found things? Eleanor, You are right about being tired. I went back to work after two weeks, worked two weeks, then had the second hip done. I was off for three weeks for that one. I could have stood another week recovering at home, but I had run out of vacation and sick time (having not been at that job for long). I did manage to get my walking and exercises in, and just rested a lot. I made as few plans for the weekends as possible and used a lot of that time to really rest and recoup.
