some advice for that 'hit by a truck'feeling

In my experience it is usually a result of toxin release - or toxin

build up. If you just had a major session yesterday - it would be

toxin release.

Drink water

Espsom Salt bath with the hottest water you can stand might help.

Lots and lots and lots of water

Don't add any more toxins (like soda or junk food)

Charcoal tablets should help absorb the toxins, also.

Sleep is always a benefit.

Some water would be a good idea.

Hope you are feeling better!
