Guest guest
Hey all I went back to my Dr. today. He has had me with blood draws for test 3 times in the last 8 days. Way too much for my liking. This is my GP. He has turned in a referral to insurance for Rheumatologist and Gastroenterologist. I have no gastro symptoms. In Dr.s words we are gonna check everything out from head to toe. I am showing pretty anemic. Drats but I forgot to ask the nrse for a copy of test results. I will get them tomorrow. He said tests showed I have massive amounts of inflammation in my body. He said anemia could be due ot inflammation. The inflammation could be causing the red blood cells to die faster. My body is producing cells normally he says but they are dying faster causing a shortage of red blood cells. Thats why he wants to check out gastro from both ends. LOL I was feeling prettty good this morning when I got up. It took me a while to get going but that has become a part of normal being so stiff and unable to do anything but hobble in the mornings. As the evening gets here the pain becomes worse and I feel drug out. But I did get my living room vacuumed today. WOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOO!!!! Dr. gave me prescription for Iron and Vitamin C. Ain;t no way am I gonna go to pharmacy to get it filled. It will cheaper for me to just buy it over the counter. NICOLE H. are you seeing a Rheumatologist in Bakersfield and if so can you tell me which one. I have a choice between three. I know you said you were pleased with yours. The ones I have a choice of are Dr. Berry, Dr. Hsu, and shoot I cant remember the others ones name. I have rambled enough. Sorry. I will sleep good tonight. I took Benadryl fo rmy allergies and Vicodyn for the pain. I AINT IN ANY PAIN right now. See ya Ruth in CA aka MammaCook1
