Some of the exercises are familiar to me - plus I've been doing yoga for years - the slow, controlled movements corresponding with breathing is something I understand. I checked out a Tai Chi video once, but didn't get a chance to look at it - I'll have to try again and this time have the kids do it with me rather than distract me. All the meridian info has me inspired to go back and study the papers I downloaded a couple years ago when I was at my sickest. I knew there was information there that corresponded to how I felt - but it was just beyond me at the time. I feel that I'm getting better (more well) in layers, first one thing and then the next.
