My withdrawal symptoms is I get irritable.

It took me 4 weeks of hell but I am glad I kicked it. I can have a diet coke

now and then but not cravings .... true horrid craving any more.

By the way... when I quit it was in conjunction with having rebound migraines

and was suggested my doc. He knew it would be pretty nasty for a couple of

weeks but it was need to get my rebound headaches under control.

My withdrawal took about two weeks and the last two was really getting my

bearings back and learning a new way .... Not reaching or ordering that diet

coke

or regular coffee by habit.

One last thing ... women with bumpy breasts (not even if never diagnosed with

fibroids) should NOT be ingesting caffeine!

Caffeine, in both medications and in drinks, are a big factor in rebound

headaches.
