Aase, THANK YOU so much for posting this! I got a lot of GREAT information

on Cervical Spinal Stenosis! I have lots of reading to do now, but I'm

looking forward to it! Thanks again, Aase, so very much! I would suggest

anyone that has back pain or neck pain to look at the site:

http://www.spineuniverse.com/ It's a wealth of information! I haven't

even begin to explore the other sites!
