New to group/Core Plan

Hi! My name is and I'm new to this group, but not

necessarily to WW. I've been a member of WW several times before,

the last time being about a year ago.

I was excited to hear about the new Core Plan. I've been on a

different program (LA Weight Loss) for the last 11 weeks that

focuses on balanced nutrition and so I am eating many of the foods

that are on the Core Plan list already. The difference is when I

eat something " off-plan " at the other place, I get reprimanded. It

would be nice to be able to treat myself once in awhile without the

guilt!

Thinking of joining back in, but am still undecided. Maybe I'll try

it for a week and see how it goes.
