I woke up this morning with a huge knot (or something) in my back. Between my

shoulder blade and spine. A bad spot for me.

I was about to call Mike, then I remebered what he told me to do. He had

recommened the thera cane, and I got one, but haven't had to use it in a while.

Bonnie talked to me about it the other day too. It's actually been collecting

dust in the corner of my family room.

So, It's working. The knot isn't completely gone, but it's working out. A lot

less painful. I think I have a rib out, and I'm doing what Mike told me. I

just don't want to do too much at once, cause I tend to use too much pressure.

I don't want to hurt myself more. It's hard for me to control the pressure.

It's like I want to push so hard, and I know I don't have to.

Anyway, thanks again Mike. If it doesn't go away soon, I may be giving you a

call. I may have to have a Sat. visit, if you're home. I'm gonna keep trying

on my own though.

I've been waking up during the night and in the morning with my arms and legs

asleep. It's wierd, cause I've been sleeping on my back. So, I don't know why

the blood should be cutting off, like it would if you slept on your arm.

I know something must be out of place. It's the same old boring story over and

over.

Anyway, if you have these knot problems, like me, the thera cane is amazing. I

used it quite a bit at first, and I haven't really had any knot problems for

weeks. It's really great.

Here's a link to one web site. There are quite a few. They range in price from

around $32.00 and up to around $46.00. I think I ordered mine from the guy who

invented it. Not sure which web site I used, I just looked for the least

expensive. It was $32.00, and I got it in about 3 days. You can just search

google as " ther cane " , and a bunch of places sell them. I wanted to buy

directly fromt he guy who invented it, cause I wanted him to get all the money.

You know? I like to support the little guy. Wish I could remember which site

it was!

Anyway, here's one -

It has really been a wonderful tool to help me and with our knots. I got

ribs back in place a few times with it.

Hugs,
