I had had a seven-plus pound cyst and left ovary removed at the age of 29, and then at 35 had to have a complete hysterectomy. The rest of my innards had done something very similar to yours, but an additional " growth " of blood vessels, nerves and odd bits and pieces had grown like an octopus and attached itself to the outside of the uterine wall, and then like Ivy started choking everything off.
