Hi Ruth,

I hope you share some recipes from your cookbooks with us ......I could use some new recipes......I have to watch the sodium in my diet because of High Blood pressure.......Good luck with them.

You know another of the benefits of rattling on over the computer.....if you say something you wish you hadn' t said.....you can delete it and nobody will ever know you said something foolish that you wish you hadn't said a moment later......I delete a lot!
