Pimple looking thing on heel

Well Darbs has this little white bump on her heel. It's right in the area

where she had that sore. Which is quite the scar let me tell you. I would

hazard a guess that her scar from the sore is 5 times larger than the scar

babies have from the tenotomy. I am just sooooo pleased about

this. Anyway, now she's got this little white bump there. Similar to a

pimple or whitehead but the skin over it isn't thin or it'd have popped in

her shoes by now.

Anyone seen this before? If anyone wants me to send a pic, LMK and I'll

post it on CFPics. I don't want this to get really large like some calcium

deposits I've known people to have and have to have removed. I imagine

this is what it is, some pore filled up with junk of some sort. It's small

enough that I could probably take care of it at home with a needle like one

would an infected sliver but I don't know if I should attempt it or take

her to the doc and have them deal with it.
