Well....even though I am sick and had to go to the doctor...BLAH.....it was still

a great day for me. Not only did my girlfriend, Alanis Morissette, release her

greatest hits called THE COLLECTIONS today BUT my ex-girlfriend, she's too

old for me now LOL, Madonna released her new CD CONFESSIONS ON THE

DANCEFLOOR. I'm listening to it right now. They are both my favorites! I just

had to stop off at Target on the way to the doctor and pick them up. LOL! Priorities huh?

In a few minutes I am going to go for a walk. I am determined to get back in leeway

despite this stupid illness. Don't want to let you guys and myself down and lose this

yet again. Ugh! I had lunch today at ie's and ordered the fruit salad. It was VERY good. Kind of pricey though but good and very healthy. Felt good after

eating it. Last night I had the "Spud Lite" and a bowl of fruit at 's Deli. Like I

said....I'm trying! What I lack in exercise I'm trying to make up in food and water!

Hey....I e-mailed our new Regional Director at bev01@.... I was just

so excited I had to say HI and CONGRATS! I couldn't help it! She wrote

back really quickly and is a very, very nice lady! I can wait to see what she

brings to our are of TOPS!

Have a wonderful night everyone. I'm going to enjoy my last day off before going

back to work.
