Guest guest Posted July 22, 2004 Report Share Posted July 22, 2004 Hi ! I've been at goal for a few months now. Once you reach goal you'll start adding more points to your daily target. You and your leader will discuss exactly how many points to add in, based on your activity level and such. For me, I started adding 4 points. Then you'll check your progress each week of maintenance until you maintain. That will be your " magic number " of points. I had a rough time with maintenance. I couldn't stop losing..I know, not the worst problem in the world, huh? But it was frustrating. I ended up maintaining on 27 points a day, eating any activity points I get, and about half my flex.
