Deb,

I know it is hard when you have to come face to face with this disease and it's progression. I have a walker that I use around the house and for any short jaunts. I have an electric scooter for any long term like shopping or going to the zoo. I also have wheel chair that we use for shopping trips when we can't take the scooter. I really miss the scooter when we don't have room to take it.

So hang in there Deb, don't let the can get you down, just think of it as a tool to use with the disease and not part of you.

take care, and let us know how you are doing?

Lin

Dear Deb,

You should never feel bad cause you need a cane. I use a power wheel chair to go to a lot of places. Then there are times that I have to use my walker. Then there are times yes my pride gets to me and I wont use any of them and then I fell and decided when I broke my are that I need to use what God helped someone create so that it would make my life easier. So when you get people that laugh at you for having to use those items remember that God gave you a bigger heart to deal with life then them.
