Guest guest
I just ordered a new HRM (as somehow I lost the strap of the last one). I'm really looking forward to getting it so I can finesse my training. It's interesting, though, how your max heart rate is different with different exercises. I can be putting forth more effort and not bring my HR up nearly as high biking as I do with less effort running. Once I get it I'm going to do a true HR test in both sports and set my baseline. > Re: Re: How do you earn 21 > AP's? (was: Do you eat all your AP's?) > > > Mitch is right.
