I just ordered a new HRM (as somehow I lost the strap of the last one). I'm

really looking forward to getting it so I can finesse my training. It's

interesting, though, how your max heart rate is different with different

exercises. I can be putting forth more effort and not bring my HR up nearly as

high biking as I do with less effort running. Once I get it I'm going to do a

true HR test in both sports and set my baseline.
