Hey everyone I have been reading most post and want to say sorry for

not answering many. My body has been doing some weird and funky

things lately, my shoulder is still doing it's ODD dislocation thing

but hasn't been too bad latley and I haven't had any really nasty

ones, but last week I seemed to have done something to my left knee

(ACL reconstructed twice and torn out again, previous MCL damage as

well as other issues including osteocondral fracture and

fracturingboth ends of my ACL graft out)I woke up and could barely

walk, needed to brace it for pain (pain was BAD), upped pain med's,

and cannot stand touch on the medial side of my knee, my Osteopath

and massage therapists think I may have damaged the MCL and possibly

the meniscus (in my sleep ???), this set off hip and TERRIBLE lower

back pain the day after and my Osto settled this down (thank

goodness) but the knee is still causing grief, it seems that my leg

is doing it's twisting thing (this is something Jo would relate to),

I have a tibial or femoral or both rotation in my leg which goes

through these odd periods (it seems) where is rotates further (last

time this ocured my knee braces were agony to wear as they tried to

straighten this twist out and I had to be fitted with the post op

style of brace that didn't try to keep the leg straight int he

anatomical posistion like my functionla ones do) I am having the same

kinds of troubles with it this time. Also when walking brace free I

can also feel what I can oly describe as a clunking (it is almost

like I can feel the bones slam together)it also clunks when I twist

as well) and my hips went out clunking in sympathy for a few days too.

I also am having problems with my left side of rib cage again (not

like Mike's fractures thank goodness, my thought and wishes ar ewith

you Mike and hoping for a quick recovery) and my left (good) shoulder

has been a bit sore with what I think is overwork.

I also seem to have either eczema around my eyes or what the GP

thinks is an infection (Blepheritis). One of the bones in my left

foot keeps slipping out of place and a bone in my wrist has done so a

few times too.

Add to this the general fatigue I have been feeling and wanting to

sleep a lot, and finding thisng hard to get motivated (in the morning

becasue even if I can manage a GREAT nights sleep or an AMAZING

nights sleep I still seem tired) and I have just been feeling OFF.

So again sorry for the lack of presence and I know there is no need

to appologise to my family but still I feel bad about not being here

for my family.
