activty points for weight lifiting

Hello everyone,

For those who lift weights how many activity points do you give yourself? I

started a weight training program that has three stages and I am in the

first stage with about eight exercises doing 3 sets of 12 reps. It takes me

about 30 mins. How do you judge if it is low, mod, or high? I use etools and

they say it is 2 points for 26 mins. Does this sound right?
