I love to cook. >Ok, I have 10 jars of jam done and a cake in the oven. No cakes here but my leftover strawberries should get together with your rhubarb.... Strawberries were on sale here at $.98 a lb. and I got a flat of 12 boxes thinking it took 4 quarts to make 8 jars with 1 pectin pouch. Got home and found it was 4 pints - used up all my pectin and empty jam jars and still have 4 boxes of berries left... they're all very ripe so I foresee turning into a strawberry after eating them 3 meals a day until they're gone or overripe or I break down and buy some more jars and Certo!
