Guest guest
Time flies I guess! It didn't seem like that long ago ;o) I'm sure it's fine to do it again and if it worked well the first time then why not. Maybe just do one week and see how it goes and then after your weigh in decide if you want to do another week or go back to the normal Flex Points thing? I have heard from a lot of people in my meeting that they couldn't keep it up for the full two weeks. I wasn't able to when I tried it, but I didn't follow the diet plan they give you I just tried to stay at my usual 20 points and not eat any flex points. One week was all I could stand. I know it's upsetting that you went over your points for today, but the good news is you shouldn't have a gain because you are still with-in your flex points or maybe even your normal points range. ;o) Kris -----Original Message----- From: Crawford We did the Fast Track thing back in February, and I lost about 8 pounds. So, yes, it worked. We're doing it again because May was pretty cataclysmic for us in terms of WW. I was under a LOT of stress that month because of school, work, and illness; was under a similar amount of stress (partially having to deal with a stressed-out me). I ate very badly, didn't work out at all, and gained back all of the weight I'd lost so far in 2004. Yes, in one month. Sigh. Doing the Fast Track program again isn't so much about losing the weight again, but a way of refocusing on the program. We wanted to get back into the habit of counting points, measuring servings, actually looking at what we're eating, and so on. It probably is a bit extreme; heck, I'm prepared to accept that I may, paradoxically, gain weight again -- or, at least, not lose -- this time around. That really doesn't matter. It's getting back into the habits that's important for me. I did ask on this list whether it would be okay to go back on FT a few weeks ago, but I didn't get any responses. I just assumed it would be okay. -- Sláinte, S.
