Guest guest
Hi Eleanor I was told to use aspirin, ibuprofen or an equivalent painkiller as required. I will say that other OS's have different views. I went to my family doctor a couple of months ago on another matter and he was going to prescribe me anti-inflammatories. He knows I go to Mr Treacy's follow up clinics so I mentioned his views - his only comment was we'd better put you on ibuprofen then. Guest guest
Thanks , Oh my, I thought Ibuprofen was an anti-inflammatory. What is it, then? Which medicines do you class an anti-inflammatory? Eleanor Re: Anti-inflammatories and is Sharry Schneider out there still? Hi Eleanor I was told to use aspirin, ibuprofen or an equivalent painkiller as required. Guest guest
Hi Eleanor Your right - I think what my doctor and the hospital were saying is to take as required and not a course of them. I know it seems as clear as mud. I suppose the answer is most things are OK in moderation. I will do some digging and let you know in due course.
