As far as walking goes......go for it! We all know how good it can be for you. Sometimes I can walk and sometimes it kills my hips so I can't go very far. If I walk it is always around my yard with my dogs. I live on a hill so it can be a good workout for me. Karol ps......cool stamp! Karol The main reason I started walking last year was so I could walk up the Statue of Liberty. About a month and a half later I found out it was still closed from 9/11, but I was so much enjoying walking that I kept going until it got too cold. Hopefully I will be starting again soon, I really miss it, and when and if they open the statue again, I will be ready. Karol Karol I know, you see that stuff happening in other countries, I never expected to see it happen here. I was at work getting ready to take some of the clients to Old Fort Niagara when it happened. We ended up still going and then had to find other ways to get home as they close the Queens Highway and alot of other roads because of all the power plants up by Niagara Falls and Canada. My family thought I was stranded in Canada but I was on this side and found my way home! They couldn't get rid of me that easy!
