Guest guest
I have a horrible problem with spacing meds or nutri-supplements far enough apart & /or on an empty stomach between meals. It takes me nearly four hours of spacing pills on Mondays before I can eat anything. So if I get up at 8:00 am & take my Fosamax then, three more an hour later, thyroid a l/2 to an hour later, it's nearly noon before I can eat breakfast or " brunch " .The rest of the week it's 3 hours before I can eat with more liquid supplements & pills. Then I have to take amino acids & more thyroid somewhere in between spacing them apart from brunch & dinner. Then after dinner it's more of the same until bedtime when I have to take my calcium formula before bed on an empty stomch. I figure I shouldn't be bothering to eat...just live to stay awake & take pills & keep setting the timer to remind me. I'm hungry all the time. This is " life " ??? Re: Re: Iron and TIBC What do you do if you are like me and take meds all through out the day? Synthroid at 8am or so, and Methimazole at 1, 6 & 11.
