I said that to him and he said a diagnosis is a diagnosis but doesn't

specifically state what the diagnosis is making you feel like that very day and

I am probably being repetitive of some other e-mails I posted but....... just

because VEDS is dangerous and has a lot of symptoms doesn't mean each patient

has them so VEDS can't be used to get SSI unless the Judge decides that he

thinks from the description the person gives him at the time of how they feel

from the Diagnosis- not how they may feel in the future .

I definitely wasted a lot of time researching EDS........ for SSI

purposes............ Have so much info its pathetic and it gets me nowhere

except maybe in the future it will help the family generations......... and at

least if someone in the family has an aneurysm like I did........... they'll at

least take that into mind if surgery is needed.

I am sorry that I didn't respond, I don't know what to say - it seems weird

to me that this is even necessary and that they are ignoring medical facts

and figures - a diagnosis of VEDS is all that ought to be necessary if you

ask me!
