More L.A. drivers grab disabled parking spaces using fake placards

In Texas, the permanent disability tags aren't -- they're good for 7 years,

and can't be automatically renewed. You have to get a doctor's signature each

time. I thought this was an annoyance (particularly when my tags were stolen)

-- but after reading about the fake tag problems, I now think the

re-application probably has eliminated many of the California problems.

What idiots people are! All I can do is hope karma truly is a law...
